Your Life Tells a Story...
“Your life tells a
story and there is someone out there who needs to hear it. You may think you story is not sensational,
but it does not have to be sensational it just has to be sincere. If your audience can relate to you and your
experiences, and chances are they will, then you need to tell them what you
have been though share your life, share your love and share your message with
the world.”
–Mark Brown, 1995 World Champion of Public Speaking.

Stronger
One thing you learn once you start studying physiology is that muscle strength is created by lifting weights, which creates tiny tears in the tissue. Within 48 hours after creating the tiny tears, they start to keloid, and become stronger. That is muscle strength: tearing and then becoming stronger. This parallels life. If we allow ourselves, we can become stronger in the very places we’ve been broken. (Paraphrased quote of Jane Fonda from “Oprah’s Master Class”.)

Lyrics Quotes & Stuff
Lyrics, quotes and stuff was created so I could document things I like, think, experience. So far, it has been mostly lyrics and quotes with less "stuff"... aka my thoughts on life, parenting, spirituality, psychology, and what I find to be interesting and important things in life... Basically, my dairy of sorts. So with that in mind, I will begin to document more stuff.

Do not worry...
Matthew 6:25-27 “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?
